Every kratom shipment will be eligible for Free Shipping. This will consist of USPS First-Class Mail, Flat Rate Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, or FedEx ground depending on the size of the order. If you tick “Free Shipping” during the checkout process, we will let you know whether it is coming from USPS or FedEx through your contact email that is provided during checkout.

• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM Eastern Time
• Orders are shipped ON THE SAME BUSINESS DAY if placed by 2:00 PM Eastern!
• All shipments are coming from our distribution center in Florida. (San Antonio, FL)
• All shipments under $50 are shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless a different method is selected at checkout.
• All shipments Over $50 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail unless a different method is selected at checkout.
• We cannot ship to the following states: WI, IN, RI, VT, AR, or AL
  
• We also cannot ship to any County or City that has banned kratom.
• DO YOU LIVE IN AN ILLEGAL STATE? – We recommend contacting your Attorney General for the specific state that you live in, as we are trying to get more inquiries to each state that claim kratom is “banned”.
